These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hyperclink ("Service"), including the game, website, and any related content or features. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• "Service" refers to Hyperclink, including the game, the website located at www.hyperclink.com, and any associated features, updates, or content.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to a registered company, Kulot (BIN - 1001101280), the owner and operator of the Service.

14. Special Permissions for Streamers and Media

• We grant permission to content creators, streamers, and media outlets to:
  • Stream or create videos featuring gameplay of Hyperclink.
  • Use our logos, images, and other promotional materials in their content for the purpose of promoting or reporting on Hyperclink.
• Fair use applies to all content produced under these permissions.
• We reserve the right to revoke this permission in cases of misuse or if the content violates our policies or these Terms.
